Single Fluid Thermal Control System
One circulating fluid loop that heats to +300 °C and cools to −80 °C on the same skid, for reactor jackets and process vessels.
Brine and glycol chillers that deliver steady low-temperature fluid for process cooling, reactors and lab work.

Our low temperature chillers circulate chilled brine, glycol or thermal oil to your process at a stable outlet temperature. They are built for continuous duty in pharma, chemical and food plants, where a drifting supply temperature means a ruined batch.
Each chiller is sized from your heat load, flow rate and fluid. We use semi-hermetic or scroll compressors, plate or shell-and-tube evaporators and stainless steel process tanks, with air-cooled or water-cooled condensers to suit your site.
Single-stage, two-stage and cascade designs cover the full low range.
PID control with hot-gas bypass keeps the outlet temperature steady at part load.
Brine, glycol, thermal oil, methanol and silicone fluids.
Condenser choice matched to your plant's utilities and ambient.
Standard sub-assemblies make service quick and spares easy to source.
Flow, freeze, HP/LP and phase protections with fault history.

Every system is custom-engineered. Final capacities and specifications are confirmed in our proposal for your project.
It depends on your lowest set point and process. Glycol suits down to about −25 °C; below that we usually recommend brine, methanol or a silicone fluid. We advise on this during sizing.
Yes. We design manifolds and secondary loops so one chiller can serve multiple vessels at different set points.
Yes. Our rental fleet includes low temperature chillers for trials, shutdowns and emergencies.

Insulated cold rooms that hold stable chiller and freezer set points for bulk storage, distribution and cold chain.

High-velocity blast freezers that pull product through the critical ice-crystal zone fast, protecting texture and shelf life.
Tell our engineers about your process, from a single machine to a full production line. We reply with a spec and a quote, usually within a working day.
